Sessions run across six named meeting rooms. Room names below match the printed programme; if anything changes on site, follow the signage and the announcements in this app.

Registration and practical information

• Registration at Elephant Hills Resort: Fri 23 Oct, 12:00-16:00; Sat 24 and Sun 25 Oct, 08:00-17:00.
• Presentations - bring your PowerPoint file to the Congress Office, preferably the day before your talk.
• Posters - bring them to the Congress Office by Monday morning, 26 Oct. They are mounted Monday evening, shown at the Poster Session (Tue 27 Oct, 14:00-16:00, Kalundu) and can be collected from the Congress Office on Wed 28 or Thu 29 Oct.
• Lunch is not catered on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 Oct (study-group meeting days).
• Free evenings on Monday 26 and Wednesday 28 Oct.

Social events

• Sun 25 Oct, 19:00-21:00 - Welcome Reception, Elephant Hills Resort Pool Side
• Tue 27 Oct, 19:00-21:30 - Networking Evening, Golf Course Club House Lawn
• Thu 29 Oct, 19:00 till late - Closing Evening: Chipalapala Bush Dinner, Elephant Hills Golf Course. Dress code "African Sunset". Shuttles run from the Elephant Hills Hotel lobby.
